Massage Pads vs. Massage Chairs

We have all gone to the mall at times and ended up staying a couple of hours longer than we intended either voluntarily or involuntarily because someone dragged us to go and stay with them. If you even spent this time sitting on one of the massage chairs, you probably could physically feel your muscles relaxing and knots being released from your body. If this motivated you to want to consider buying a massage chair, you probably looked it up online and saw another option as well, namely massage pads.  If you are looking to figure out the difference between the two and which is a better option, you can keep on reading below.

Massage pads, unlike massage chairs do not come inbuilt within a chair, rather the attachments are present in the pad or cushion, which comes separate from a chair but can be attached to any chair. Perhaps the biggest advantage of massage chairs is the convenience that comes with it. They are portable and lightweight, so you can carry them around the house and the fact that they can be attached to any chair means that you change seats and even use it while sitting on a cushion. Massage chairs on the other hand, happen to be very heavy and cannot be moved around from place to place.

You have the option of getting a full body massage pad but, they may not be as effective as massage chairs since they won’t have leg attachments. If you choose the right model, you can get the same features as a massage chair as well like adjustment options, shiatsu, and adjustment according to your width etc. In a nutshell, both of them can be great options for you, so it’s a matter of you choosing the option that you feel is more convenient for you.
